Semperfli designed the density of the Metallic Tinsel Chenille 8mm Medium to be thin enough to be used as hackles or for use in a palmered hackle for bugger, tadpole, patterns. The Metallic Tinsel Chenille works equally well on salmon and trout fly patterns
