Tiemco ring hackle pliers are a unique combination of small pliers and a silicon band. The elasticity of the silicon band prevents delicate hackle tips or quills from breaking. and, due to the parallel position of the tip to the band, the hackle is not twisted when held, which ensures accurate wrapping. The silicon rubber tip acts as a cushion and a hackle does not slip out.
