Fly tying wires are used in all disiplines of fly fishing, however the market offerings were inconsistant with amount per spool, colours and often they would go rusty after several uses. Due to this we turned our focus onto wires and improving the fly tyers experience.
All the Semperfli wires are non tarnishing and come in a large range of colours.
0.3mm Wire is ideal for ribbing andadding weight to a fly, from delicate Nymphs and Dries through to large Bugs, Saltwater petters and ofcourse the famous Brassie Nymphs. 10.5 meters per spool

Is a brassie fly tying wire, non tarnishing and perfect for heavy nymphs, brassies, copper johns, streamers, sea trout, predator and salmon flies as bodies, ribs or thoraxes. Measuring 0.3mm or 0.012 inch diameter the non tarnishing means it can even be used in saltwater. Wire 0.3mm is part of Semperfli's large range of wire colours suitable for most flies
Having developed and manufactured computerised spooling machinery Semperfli's Wire 0.3mm is put onto the spool with touching turns in totally level traverse, why is this important? With Wire 0.3mm you will not get a birds nest when tying flies or have wires trapped. The spools have a removable cap to re-trap the wire once you have removed a section to tie your flies.
Tie on Wire 0.3mm and tie off with thread. Rather than cutting simply wiggle and it will break saving damage to your scissors
