Shipping policy
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Delivery is free to any location within Australia on all orders over $200. All orders under $200 within Australia will have a flat rate of $10 standard delivery. For express delivery there is a fee of $15.
The exception to the above applies to bulky and heavy items.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
There is a flat rate of $35 for all international orders, except NZ which is $25. Where possible we will upgrade your order to express with no extra charge, and all international orders require signature on delivery.
If your country isn’t in our system, please contact us and we will provide a custom quote and shipping solution. Please note that you may be liable for local import duties and taxes when your items arrive in your country, please check this with your local authorities.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All orders on this website aim to be processed within 24-48 hours. If there are any unforeseeable delays, or in the unlikely event a product is out of stock, you will be contacted by us promptly with options to resolve the issue and an updated ETA of delivery.
Majority of orders are sent through Australia Post, however we do utilise couriers such as, but not limited to Aramex, Couriers Please, DHL, TNT, and Sendle. The choice of courier used is made at our discretion and not negotiable, unless special circumstances apply.
Orders are collected Monday, Wednesday and Friday, however if your order is urgent or needs to be posted outside of these days, please contact us and we will organise same day shipping. Please note we don’t ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

IN STORE PICKUPS
We are located in Briar Hill, VIC. We are a 40-50 minute drive North from Melbourne, with a big car park and plenty of public transport nearby. We are open 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 2.30pm Saturdays (excluding public holidays).

LOST OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS IN TRANSIT
All orders are packed carefully, ensuring items are safe and securely sent with our postage carriers. In the unlikely event that your order goes missing or the items are damaged, we will organise a replacement and have your order reshipped at no extra cost to you. If this does happen, please contact us straight away so we can lodge an enquiry with the carrier and get the replacement items shipped.
