Aussie Anglers popular North Island trips are now in their 30th year! This year we are working with James Nornoney to bring you a week ( or two) of varied experiences. We offer fantastic access to the Tongarito by staying at the Tongariro Lodge, you can literally walk outside and fish! Sharing accommodation in their cottages, breakfast and dinner are included, car hire and of course access to our knowledge and assistance. Guiding by local guides is available for those who would like to experience this while a few clinic sessions in order to upskill will be provided by us. Euro nymphing, dropper nymph, swinging wets and single or two handed rods are all aspects of fly fishing you can come along to experience and enjoy. Following the success of our first Cod Camp Out we have put together another weekend clinic co hosted by James Norney. So, if you would like to up your fly fishing for cod game, learn about gear selection, flies, rigs, casting and reading the water, come along to our clinic, eat some fantastic camp cooking and enjoy learning about all things cod.
