Perfect Quills Synthetic is Semperfli's synthetic alternative which provides the perfect quill every time which has a premarked black edging and looks natural but Perfect Quills Synthetic is each to use! Peacock Quills may be subject to Cites checks as the wild Peacock is Cites protected and you may need to prove that your peacock is from a legal source, especially if you are travelling through customers. Unlike natural Quills which can be difficult to get hold of, or if you can source it, the quality is sometimes not what we hoped for. Natural Quills are often brittle and hard to use – you may have tried soaking it and experienced this first hand? However that is no longer an issue. Here you have Perfect Quills Synthetic !
For the transparent quill anything tied below the Stripped Quill shows through, from threads to tinsels muted to a fluorescent thread, these base materials will shine through the transparent quill beautifully.
In Perfect Quills Synthetic there are 25 quills per pack. Each quill is 100mm in length (you can get 2 flies per quill depending on your fly size.
Perfect Quills Synthetic Small and Medium is available in 0.4mm for small (#12 and below) and 1mm perfect down to size #14.
